🇺🇸 1. Shipping Destination & Currency Anupaws ships exclusively within the United States. All prices and transactions are processed in USD (US Dollars).

⏰ 2. Order Cut-Off Time Our daily order cut-off time is 5:00 PM (MT - Mountain Time).

  • Orders placed before 5:00 PM (MT) will begin processing the same business day.
  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM (MT), or during weekends/public holidays, will begin processing on the following business day.

📅 3. Handling & Transit Time

  • Handling Time: 1–2 Business Days (Monday–Friday). Includes order verification, quality checks, and dispatching.
  • Transit Time: 7–13 Business Days (Monday–Friday).
  • Total Estimated Delivery: 8–15 Business Days from order date.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding major US holidays. Orders are fulfilled by our trusted fulfillment partners and may ship from international warehouses.

  • Before Fulfillment: Contact us immediately at support@anupaws.com to update your address or cancel for a full refund.
  • After Fulfillment: Once a tracking number is issued, we cannot change the delivery address or cancel the order. Please follow our standard return process.

⚠️ 7. Damaged or Lost Parcels If your package arrives damaged or hasn't arrived within 15 business days, please contact us within 48 hours. We will coordinate with our fulfillment partner to resolve the issue or arrange a replacement.
